I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while a bit dark, were listed under my name and had a nice view, making it a better stay. The service from the night staff was not as accommodating, unlike the helpful day staff who upgraded us to a suite and offered a discount. The location was wonderful, with a beautiful view of the Harbor and plenty of nearby places to explore and dine. The dining experience was most disappointing, with limited seating in a conference room, though it featured some good elements. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.
